We like to think that we take our food serious, which means fresh ingredients and a fibrous diet added protein and lots of fruits for dessert.
But when mid summer arrives our chef likes to spice up things a little, so he usually lights up our outdoor BBQ grill and prepare some proper sausages for us.
But before all this can happen - we need to work hard to deserve the little treat.
Now, let the mid summer celebrations begin.
Oh, almost forgot to tell you, that if one of our guests needs hospitalization, for one or another reason, they never go alone. Daniel had a minor surgery in his shoulder and Rufino went along supporting him.
Because: we like to treat our guests, as we would like to be treated ourselves. And sometimes it´s nice that someone is holding your hand.
